Responsibilities

• Directly supervise distribution personnel, assign daily work, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop team capabilities through cross-training and feedback.
• Manage backorders and prioritize orders for timely delivery.
• Oversee receiving, inventory movements, picking, packing, shipping, and returns coordination.
• Allocate labor and resources to support priorities and changing demands.
• Ensure safety, quality, and inventory control standards; act as primary operations contact for Customer Service and Logistics.
• Coordinate ERP/Business Central testing, process improvements, and new product launch support.
• Produce KPI statistics and reports weekly and monthly.
• Support 5S and supply-management activities.
