Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, stocking, order picking, supply delivery and return operations. The role includes supervising staff, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field (or) 6 years in warehouse enviroment.
• Forklift experience required.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assists Accounts Payable in reconciliation of invoiced not received discrepancies.
• Coordinates shipping, receiving, storage, replenishment, production order fulfillment & inventory control activities.
• Provides uninterrupted flow of material to internal/external customers.
• Maintains data on movement and storage of material with focus on adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Ensures on-time execution of on-site and off-site deliveries from warehouse to end user collection points.
