Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead to oversee workflow and allocate tasks in a busy facility in the United States. The role leads a team in Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, and Order Selecting, acting as the first point of contact for associates and reporting to the Supervisor.

Required are warehouse experience and forklift operation exposure, with training responsibilities and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and duties for team members within the department.
• Train associates and monitor progress; provide guidance to the work group.
• Ensure daily workloads are allocated and executed to meet standards.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to support customer service and safety.
