Qualifications

• 3+ years in a progressive role within supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution as Team Lead or similar.
• 6-12 months experience operating stand-up material handling equipment (Order Picker/Reach Truck) required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within first 30 days, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and task allocation for the department areas (Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting).
• Serve as working lead and first point of contact for associates.
• Train new associates, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve customer standards.
• Open/close and secure the building; report unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
