Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fargo, ND is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead to oversee workflow and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will allocate tasks, monitor progress, and act as the frontline contact for associates.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supply chain or warehouse leadership role with forklift experience, plus the ability to train staff and maintain safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a progressive supply chain/warehouse role leading others
• Experience operating stand-up forklift equipment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift operator certification or training within first 30 days preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and task allocation within assigned department.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for associates.
• Train associates, monitor performance, provide feedback, and assist Supervisor to ensure high customer standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient material handling operations and accurate record keeping.
• Open/close and secure the facility as directed.
