Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Missouri is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead- Trainer. This on-site role blends equipment operation (30–90%) with material handling duty, all within a Mon–Fri 8am–4:30pm schedule. Pay is $23/hour, with benefits including medical, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training program within first 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new associates and assign work schedules.
• Maintain legible records and logs.
• Review documents for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor performance of associates in the group.
• Open/close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor when not self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
