Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Lead Coordinator - Trainer. The role leads training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instruction. You will direct workflow with management and develop effective training programs under the WMS framework.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year warehouse training experience, and familiarity with MHE and popular WMS platforms. This is first shift, Monday to Friday, with comprehensive benefits and strong advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year training experience in warehouse setting.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) including stand-up forklift preferred.
• Experience with WMS such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead trainers at the site and support workflow direction.
• Create training presentations and present to associates.
• Develop training programs under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Create SOPs for high-level customer overviews.
• Prepare detailed work instructions for WMS functionality.
• Provide initial and cross training for associates and external workers.
• Support operations as needed by leadership.
