TFT Global (USA) Inc. seeks a seasoned automation expert to advance warehouse modernization.

You will evaluate new automation tech, design scalable solutions, and lead projects from concept through deployment to improve accuracy, throughput, and dock-to-stock performance. Ideal candidates bring hands-on automation delivery in warehouses, expertise with conveyors, AS/RS, AMRs/AGVs, and PLCs, and a strong ROI mindset.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience transforming manual warehouse operations through automation.
Hands-on experience executing automation projects in warehouse or distribution environments.
Warehouse automation: conveyors, sortation, AS/RS, shuttle systems.
Robotics: palletizing/depalletizing, piece-picking, AMRs/AGVs.
Strong ROI modeling and business case development for automation investments.

Responsibilities

Continuously evaluate new and emerging warehouse automation technologies and determine practical applications for manual operations.
Stay current on trends in robotics, AI-based picking, vision systems, warehouse control systems, and IIoT.
Lead end-to-end automation projects from concept to handover, including design, installation, and commissioning.
Develop SOPs, training materials, and maintenance documentation for automated systems.
Train and support operators and maintenance teams during transition to automation.
