Job summary
TFT Global Inc. is seeking an experienced automation leader to drive end-to-end warehouse automation initiatives in our Ohio region.
You will assess technologies, design scalable solutions, and guide cross-functional teams through implementation, testing, and handover with a strong emphasis on safety and ROI. Ideal candidates will have hands-on project experience in warehouse automation, knowledge of conveyors, AS/RS, AMRs/AGVs, and proven ability to engage vendors and partners while maintaining
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial or Manufacturing.
- Experience transforming manual warehouse or logistics operations through automation.
- Hands-on automation project delivery in warehouse or distribution environments.
- Knowledge of conveyors, sortation, AS/RS, shuttle systems, robotics, and integration.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new and emerging warehouse automation technologies for practical use.
- Lead end-to-end automation projects from concept to handover.
- Collaborate with operations, IT/OT, quality and maintenance teams.
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and maintenance documentation.
- Engage with automation vendors, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and ROI-focused execution.
