You will work with operations, IT, and customers to prove value and drive deployments that differentiate Ryder in the market. The role requires delivering ROI, leading small projects, and coordinating with vendors to ensure successful implementation, SAT testing, and post-go-live support.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse automation or related fields.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and lean methods.
• Experience with material handling equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation selection and ROI justification for new business bids.
• Validate SOW/FSD and identify gaps.
• Provide input on automation designs and assess cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate vendor reviews and RFQ processes.
• Manage smaller implementation projects and track milestones.
• Support SAT testing and post-go-live punch lists.
• Analyze data to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate across functions to define strategy and measurements.
• Track project budgets with management.
• Resolve Priority 1-5 site issues with vendors.
