Job summary

Performance Team in Garden City, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday). Directly overseeing a 10+ person warehouse team, you will read production schedules, relocate materials, and prepare orders for packing and shipping while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a team in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules and orders to determine items to move or pick.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of 10+ employees in warehouse operations.
• Read schedules, orders and requisitions to determine items to move or distribute.
• Convey materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
• Sort and place materials according to size, type, or product code.
• Prepare materials for production and shipment, and verify counts and labels.
• Assemble customer orders and place orders on pallets for shipping.
