Job summary

The Jay Group Inc in Pennsylvania is seeking a 2nd Shift Team Lead who enjoys motivating a team to meet daily goals. You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach underperformers while ensuring safe practices.

Responsibilities include onboarding and training new hires, providing feedback, and maintaining high standards of conduct. You will use a Warehouse Management System to process orders, handle end-of-day manifests, and ensure accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet shift goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• WMS experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assigns tasks to team members to optimize productivity.
• Monitors productivity and coaches underperformers.
• Audits quality and provides feedback.
• Onboards and trains new hires.
• Balances safety with performance and accountability.
• Completes tasks in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) including printing orders and manifests.
• End-of-day processing for invoicing and reporting.
