Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 2nd shift in our Georgia facility. You will oversee a warehouse team, ensure accurate inventory and timely order completion, and drive safety and efficiency across daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety policies.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain 7S and a clean work environment.
• Work safely to protect team members.
