Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability for flexible schedule including overtime, weekends optional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the team; drive performance improvements.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety policies.
• Operate equipment safely and provide support to management.
• Track orders and investigate issues; ensure a clean 5S environment.
