Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate for the 1st shift to support inbound or outbound warehouse operations. You will supervise workflows, coordinate shipments, and communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines and disruptions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience with RF scanners and MHE. Overtime may be required and safety regulations must be followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.
• RF scanner and MHE experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs floor workflows: packing, unloading, shipping, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinates inbound/outbound shipments and scheduling with drivers.
• Audits inventory levels and supports forecasting to optimize labor utilization.
• Maintains safety and quality standards and adheres to site policies.
