Job Details

• Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm
• $24.55 an hour including shift differential

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates in duties, responsibilities, and safe equipment use according to SOPs; observe performance to correct behaviors as necessary.
• Use radio frequency (RF) devices to perform daily tasks, if required.
• Assist warehouse personnel with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns.
• Oversee shipping and general operations such as UPS, emergency orders, or deliveries.
• Perform advanced tasks and decision-making as an individual contributor.
• Provide tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates, manage daily workloads, and recommend workflow efficiencies.
• Manage inventory levels and monitor stock.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other motorized equipment as needed.
• Assist in supervising the department, including work assignments and staffing needs.
• Address associate concerns, report issues, and follow up with supervisors.
• Utilize computer systems for operations and reporting.
• Comply with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience And Educational Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least two years of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, And Ability Requirements

• Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, detail-oriented.
• Understanding of DC workflow; ability to work independently.
• Maintain a clean work environment and use good judgment in instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
• Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with reach trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
• Maintain attendance and productivity standards.
