Warehouse Lead - Night Shift

Lead and support communication flow to load finished products onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions

• Ability to perform all essential functions of a Warehouse Associate
• Lead a team of shipping and receiving staff
• Manage communication for loading finished products onto trailers
• Coordinate trailer loading locations
• Prepare documentation for purchase orders (Bill of Lading and invoice)
• Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and loading of products
• Review operator and carrier data in Tracking Platform
• Maintain food safety practices and SQF System requirements
• Report deviations, problems, or abnormalities
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors, provided they are reasonable and safe

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in manufacturing or related field
• 4+ years experience in a similar role
• 4+ years managing people or projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience in manufacturing or related field
• 6+ years experience in a similar role
• 6+ years managing people or projects
