Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst in the United States to provide technical and administrative direction for software development tasks and to review work for correctness and conformance to design concepts and user standards. The role requires leadership to guide the project lifecycle and ensure schedules are met.

The candidate will supervise the support staff, design and validate voice system solutions (including VOIP) and maintain secure transmissions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline and at least 10 years of experience.
• Must have and maintain a Secret clearance; Top Secret eligibility.
• Willing to travel 75% or more.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project/Program Manager to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.
• Provide technical design, implementation, and validation solutions for voice systems and VOIP technologies.
• Ensure secure processing of transmissions and vulnerability awareness; participate in security efforts.
