Job summary

VTG Defense seeks a Lead Systems Analyst in Chantilly, VA, to provide technical and administrative guidance for software development tasks and system deployments. Qualifications

BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of experience.
Must hold a Secret clearance and be eligible for Top Secret.
Willing to travel 75% or more.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including review of work products for correctness and adherence to standards.
Coordinate with Project/Program Manager to ensure problem resolution and user satisfaction.
Supervise and direct support staff on a daily basis and present milestones to stakeholders.
Offer design, implementation, and validation solutions for voice systems and voice networks (including VOIP, NOC).
Ensure secure processing of transmissions and participate in security teams as needed.
Collaborate with internal/external customers and engineering teams to follow the project lifecycle and resolve deployment challenges.
