Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of experience.
• Must have and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Eligible for Top Secret.
• Willing to travel 75% or more.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Project/Program Manager to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction.
• Makes recommendations for major systems installations and prepares milestone reports.
• Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.
• Designs and deploys voice communications solutions, including VOIP and NOC tasks.
• Ensures secure processing of transmissions and monitors for threats and bugs.
• Provides customer support on voice services and billing concerns.
• Trains engineers and customers on voice system operation and administration.
