Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year front desk or medical/customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with active listening.
• Experience with appointment scheduling, phone systems, data entry and POS.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients at the front desk in a friendly manner.
• Answer multi-line calls and schedule appointments.
• Process payments and post charges; manage checkout.
• Provide compassionate service to clients experiencing anxiety or distress about their pet.
• Enter data accurately and maintain organized records in the practice management system.
• Relay messages to clinical staff and flag urgent issues.
• Keep reception and waiting area clean and welcoming.
