Qualifications

• Experience in IP/SoC verification with hands-on contributions.
• Proven ability to design and validate verification infrastructure for complex IP/SoC designs.
• Strong understanding of verification methodologies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI techniques to accelerate design verification and generate verification plans and test cases.
• Implement reference and unified verification flows for Synopsys digital IP products using VCS, Verdi, and VIPs.
• Build robust, scalable verification infrastructures for diverse IP/SoC projects.
• Collaborate with global teams to define and propagate best-in-class verification methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical growth within the team.
• Lead high-impact assignments and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Work with tool development teams to influence product evolution and optimize workflows.
• Troubleshoot and optimize verification processes for customers and internal stakeholders.
