Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Vehicle Access Validation Lead to validate Vehicle Access components based on E/E validation test plans and procedures. This role leads a T&V team and collaborates with suppliers, DREs, and cross‑functional groups to ensure design and quality standards are met.

You will use CAN testing tools and electrical lab equipment to test, troubleshoot, and validate ECUs and interfaces. Global coordination with Detroit and offshore teams, plus reviews of plans and reports, will

Qualifications

BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years in electrical systems design, development, or test engineering.
Experience with DFMEA and DVP&R processes.
Trained in DVP and DFMEA.
Experience validating complex systems.

Responsibilities

Lead a T&V team to develop core electrical test procedures and harmonize test norms.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and homologation teams for global compliance.
Review and approve test plans, procedures and reports to ensure full coverage.
Troubleshoot ECUs, System HIL and test environments to minimize false positives.
Develop new testing approaches to improve efficiency and coverage.
