Job summary

You will mentor peers, review design verification plans, and ensure validation coverage and traceability while collaborating with design and software teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting in HIL/vehicle environments.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Execute validation strategies across HIL and vehicle testing environments.
• Review propulsion system requirements for clarity and testability.
• Identify gaps in requirements and update DVPs accordingly.
• Perform issue pre-analysis and root-cause identification.
• Develop edge-case and failure-mode test scenarios.
• Conduct testing on electrified and ICE propulsion architectures.
• Support OBD validation and diagnostics testing activities.
• Document test results and defects for tracking.
• Independently manage validation activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide mentoring and best-practices to team members.
