Job summary

Stellantisfinancialservices is seeking a Validation Project Lead to drive end-to-end validation strategy for both internal combustion and battery electric vehicle programs. You will own the Design Verification Plans (DVPs) and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure validation coverage and technical integrity for vehicle propulsion systems.

The ideal candidate must have 8+ years in powertrain controls validation and possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative engineering environment are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8 or more years of experience in powertrain controls validation, verification, or embedded systems development.
  • Strong understanding of propulsion systems (ICE and/or BEV), including sensors, actuators, and control strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop Design Verification Plans (DVPs) for validation coverage.
  • Lead validation strategy for ICE and BEV propulsion control systems.
  • Ensure execution of validation and qualification testing activities.
