You will schedule crews, enforce safety rules, maintain records, and assist in training less experienced climbers. Flexibility for travel and overtime is expected in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent experience.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices following company policies and procedures.
• Schedule crews and assign work efficiently.
• Maintain records (written and computer).
• Lead, train, and coach team members in pruning techniques and line clearance operations.
• Communicate with customers about work directives and outcomes.
