Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Lead Variable Compensation Systems Analyst to manage the enterprise incentive compensation platform (Xactly) and related data workflows. You will automate processes from data intake to payouts and GL postings, ensuring accuracy for financial reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in variable compensation administration
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles related to compensation
• Experience with internal audits and SOX controls
• Mentoring and coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of enterprise incentive compensation platform, including plan configuration, security, data integrations, and reporting
• Develop and optimize end-to-end automation for variable compensation processes
• Provide system and data support for reconciliations and audits
• Manage calculation, validation, and reconciliation of payouts with cross-functional teams
• Develop dashboards and recurring reporting on attainment and payout trends
• Mentor team members and lead best practices
