You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue Ops, HR, Payroll, and external auditors, configuring Xactly Incent plans and delivering audit-ready documentation.

This role offers exposure to global incentive programs, cross-functional leadership, and opportunities to impact planning and governance.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years experience in incentive compensation or commission operations.
• Hands-on experience administering Xactly Incent, including plan configuration and data management.
• Strong reconciliation skills with root-cause analysis across systems.

Responsabilidades

• Run monthly commission/incentive calculations from source data to payroll file.
• Investigate discrepancies in assignments, credits, quotas, rates, and currencies; document true-ups.
• Reconcile Xactly Incent against Salesforce, HR, payroll, and Finance systems.
• Administer Xactly Incent across all company plans with up-to-date participant data.
• Lead annual compensation plan implementations with Revenue Ops and Finance leadership.
• Create audit-ready documentation and controls for repeatable processes.
