Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. in Greenville, SC, seeks a Test Engineer to drive hands-on validation testing of energy products in the Greenville Technology Lab.

You will work with Design Engineering, Facilities, Instrumentation, and Data Systems teams, supporting both second shift and first shift testing activities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or related field and at least 6 years of validation/testing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science field.
• At least 6 years of experience in validation testing, gas turbine design, or process facility operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate engineering requirements with design, facilities, instrumentation, and data systems for test development and execution.
• Provide technical assistance and author documents to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee test build, execution, reporting and billing, and ensure ISO/compliance.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to GE EHS policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and drive LEAN process improvements.
