Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Wind turbine technology or industrial testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Execution of field validation testing and data acquisition for use in design, validation, and certification of MWConstrained products.
• Manage test campaigns involving GE engineering prototypes and customer units.
• Design and construction of test facilities, instrumentation systems and development of test software.
• Advances in data collection, data science, data processing, and automation to increase validation data use.
• Develop instrumentation methods and standardization based on program needs.
• Strategize how validation data expedites learnings, resolution of field issues, and risk reduction.
• Lead best practices to improve validation planning, execution, and analysis processes.
• Deploy resources to maximize ROI for field validation per program needs.
• Manage strategic relationships with 3rd party vendors for field validation and certification.
• Manage a large global team across validation and systems engineering.
