Job summary

United Valet Service in Dallas is seeking a Lead Valet to oversee daily valet operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of valet experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong operational awareness for high-volume service
• Professional, composed, and decisive under pressure
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct valet team during each shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Set the tone for guest experience by modeling proper greeting, urgency, and professionalism
• Manage traffic flow, staging, and vehicle retrieval to minimize wait times
• Monitor team performance, including appearance, phone usage, and service standards
• Ensure proper key control, ticket handling, and vehicle tracking at all times
• Address guest concerns or service issues on the spot and escalates when necessary
• Train new valet drivers on procedures, safety, and hospitality expectations
• Communicate with restaurant management and United Valet Service leadership as needed
• Ensure the valet stand and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and presentable
