Job summary

United Valet Service in Dallas is seeking a Lead Valet to oversee daily valet operations. This on-site leadership role directs the team, parking vehicles, and maintaining service standards with urgency and hospitality.

You will manage flow, guest experience, and team execution in real time while training new drivers and coordinating with restaurant management. A minimum of three years in valet, plus leadership experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of valet experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong operational awareness and ability to manage high-volume service.
• Professional, composed, and decisive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.

This is a working leadership role. You will be actively parking vehicles while managing flow, guest experience, and team execution in real time.
