Responsibilities

• Safely park and retrieve guests’ vehicles with care.
• Note and report any vehicle damage before service.
• Record parking location linked to valet ticket.
• Drive safely and follow all safety guidelines.
• Greet patients and visitors, provide directions and answer questions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures clearly.
• Lead and motivate team members; assist with scheduling and shift changes.
• Uphold professional appearance, conduct, and communication standards.
• Step in for the Manager when needed; escalate serious concerns.
• Assist with cash handling, records, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain timekeeping and shift coverage; support housekeeping duties.
