Job summary

Metropolitian Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Valet to greet patients and visitors, provide safe parking, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience at the hospital entrance.

Under supervision of the MHS Manager or Lead Valet, this role requires friendly, professional service and attention to safety. Responsibilities include driving, parking, and retrieving vehicles, noting any damage, assisting with directions and bags, explaining rates, maintaining privacy per HIPAA, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Background check, drug screening, and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following traffic laws.
• Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Assist patients and visitors with directions, bags, and entering/exiting vehicles.
• Check for and note any damage on vehicles and record ticket numbers correctly.
• Explain parking rates and the valet process to guests.
• Report accidents to supervisor promptly; keep valet area clean and safe.
• Maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
