Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles.
• Able to do basic math with time and money; understand 24-hour and military time.
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and required health screenings.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping people.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws
• Greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude
• Help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles
• Check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them
• Record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly
• Explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors
• Report accidents right away to your supervisor or Lane Captain
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always
• Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned.
