Qualifications

• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Able to perform basic math with time and money.
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles following traffic laws.
• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist patients/visitors with directions, bags, and vehicle access.
• Note any vehicle damage before parking.
• Record ticket numbers and parking locations accurately.
• Explain parking rates and valet process to guests.
• Notify supervisor of any accidents immediately.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
