Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely park and retrieve guests’ vehicles with care and attention.
• Record parking location and link to the guest’s valet ticket.
• Drive safely following all safety guidelines and report any vehicle damage.
• Greet patients and visitors, provide directions, explain parking rates and retrieval procedures.
• Lead and motivate team members, assign tasks, and assist with scheduling.
• Monitor attendance, manage shift changes, and support conflict resolution.
• Ensure cash handling and transaction tracking per procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and protect patient privacy under HIPAA.
