Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws.
• Greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude.
• Help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles.
• Check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them.
• Record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly.
• Explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors.
• Report accidents right away to your supervisor or Lane Captain.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always.
• Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
