Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate service experiences for hotel guests and assist the Account Manager with on-site coordination and troubleshooting. The role emphasizes hospitality, accurate record-keeping, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation is a base hourly rate of $19, with a schedule Wednesday through Sunday, 3pm to 2am. Benefits include accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and 401k enrollment.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Six (6) months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen.
• Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, clients and coworkers.
• Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival and assist with parking and related procedures.
• Open doors for guests, assist with checking in and guiding to vehicle retrieval.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate schedule changes to team as directed.
