Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate service for hotel guests, working with teammates to meet service standards. The role reports to the Account Manager and involves coordination, administration, and guidance when management is unavailable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and coworkers.
• Opens doors for guests, assists with parking procedures and vehicle retrieval.
• Provides bell services and assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Promotes teamwork and leads by example; helps schedule and adjusts staff as needed.
• Issues claim checks, collects keys, and records ticket information accurately.
• Ensures confidentiality of guest information and HIPAA compliance.
