Job summary

Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont, is seeking a friendly Door Person for The Lodge at Spruce Peak to lead Bell, Valet, and Guest Service Coordinators and create a warm arrival experience for guests.

You will handle luggage, assist with valet services, provide information, and ensure guests feel cared for throughout their stay. A strong hospitality mindset and teamwork are essential. This on-site role offers growth within the Hyatt family and seasonal perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.
• Must have a valid Vermont Driver's License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Summary

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Door Person to join our team at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. In this role, you'll lead Bell, Valet, and Guest Service Coordinators during your shift while creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience for our guests. You'll handle luggage, assist with valet services, provide helpful information, and ensure our guests feel taken care of throughout their stay.
