Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Lead UX Product Designer to shape the visual language across digital channels. You will articulate the design system, frame problems from the user’s perspective, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-visibility impact.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a deep knowledge of design systems and accessibility. You will mentor colleagues, influence the product roadmap, and contribute to a luxury, user-centric experience for Owners, Passengers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in visual design, CS, HCI or related field
• 6+ years of web design/usability experience with design systems and brand standards
• Mastery of Figma, Miro, Adobe CC and related tools
• Experience designing for native iOS/Android and responsive web with Material and Apple guidelines
• Strong communication, organization and leadership to guide teams
• Proficiency with design tokens, component libraries, and design systems
• Experience with agile/scrum processes and collaborating across teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product, marketing, and tech to deliver outstanding digital experiences for owners, passengers, crews and corporate teams
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and components that are accessible and reusable across channels
• Apply design thinking with a mobile-first mindset
• Contribute to design system evolution prioritizing system-wide consistency
• Mentor UX team members and promote skills development
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product design process
• Engage in user research for discovery and validation
• Synthesize feedback from research, analytics, and business needs into seamless experiences
• Partner with Marketing Brand to ensure on-brand, luxury user experiences
• Embrace open culture of optimism, curiosity, and rapid learning
