Job summary

Pilotis, a Noë & Associates and Imerza venture, is seeking a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the end-to-end design process—from research and wireframing to polished UI—within Figma. Lead the design voice on a small, high-impact team, shaping UX strategy and the visual language of the Pilotis platform for luxury markets.

You will collaborate with the Director of Product Engineering and the Senior Product Manager to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces that meet premium standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience spanning both UX and UI
• Expert-level proficiency in creating and managing Figma design systems
• Own the full design process from research and ideation through high-fidelity delivery and QA
• Strong foundation in interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layouts
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms or complex, content-rich digital products
• Proven track record of working closely with engineering to ship interfaces in React
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Self-directed in a remote-first, early-stage environment

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create information architecture, user flows, and wireframes translating requirements into experiences
• Develop and iterate on interactive prototypes in Figma for engineering handoff
• Leverage psychology-informed approaches to understand luxury buyers and teams
• Establish and advocate for user-centered design principles across the lifecycle
• Partner with engineering to ensure feasibility and clean translations into React
