Job summary

CGI is seeking a UX Designer in Arlington, VA to lead end-to-end design within a government-focused Agile environment. You will transform applications with HCD, conduct research, and produce artifacts like personas and journey maps.

Strong communication and collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams are essential. Experience in UX/UI design, design thinking, and prototyping with Axure/Figma/Adobe XD is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and artifacts.
• Use Axure, Figma, or Adobe tools for high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with clients to identify needs and solutions.
• Present design rationale and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement designs.
• Advocate for HCD and accessibility across projects.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends and digital transformation.
• Contribute to internal UX frameworks and tools.
