Davey Tree Surgery Co. in Akron, OH seeks an experienced Line Clearance Manual Crew Foreman/Foreperson to lead a 2-5 person crew in pruning and removal work for electric utilities. CDL holder and/or climbing experience preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and preference for CDL holders.
• Experience in line clearance or related tree work is required.
• Potential pesticide licenses and ISA/TCIA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2–5 person crew in pruning and removal for electric utilities.
• Prune treetops, remove damaged limbs, and clear lines safely.
• Inspect sites, plan tasks, and mentor new employees.
