Job summary

Duke Energy’s Residential Solutions division is expanding a new platform to integrate regulated programs and enhance customer access to rebates and energy services. The role focuses on connecting utility programs with the customer-facing application, driving program alignment and execution.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with product owners to ensure successful implementation and measurement of outcomes across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of related experience; or Associate's degree + 7 years
• High School Diploma/GED with 9 years related experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand benefits and rebates from regulated programs
• Collaborate with program product owners to define eligibility and customer benefits
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to drive deliverables
• Develop long-term and annual product and market plans
• Create customer journey maps and process flows
• Develop campaigns and measure performance to improve customer satisfaction
• Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations
