Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safe, high-quality pole assessments and restoration work. You will coordinate assignments, mentor team members, and interact professionally with customers and utility reps.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, productivity, and accurate documentation while supporting a positive team environment. Excellent leadership is required for successful field leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Experience leading crews or foremen is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for efficient completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance and timely reporting.
