Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on pole assessment, maintenance, and restoration projects.

You will train and mentor team members, uphold company standards, and represent Osmose with customers and utility partners. Travel locally and regionally, outdoors in varied weather, with lifting up to 100 pounds, and occasional overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Prev leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with three years driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Able to motivate, train, and work with field crews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to safely operate and maintain company vehicles and tools.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for efficient completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew on safe practices.
• Ensure safety policy and industry requirements are met.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete reports and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility reps.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety and accountability.
