Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. seeks a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safe, efficient pole assessments and restoration work.

You will mentor crew members, coordinate assignments, and uphold safety and company standards on diverse projects. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to travel locally and regionally as needed, with a clear path for growth within a long-established utility field services

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with several years of driving experience.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
• Physical ability to perform demanding field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise crews performing pole assessments.
• Coordinate work assignments and ensure timely project completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe practices and procedures.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and document progress.
