Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in pole assessment projects across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and active participation in field work. Travel locally, statewide, or regionally is required, with opportunities for career growth, overtime, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
